William H was an amazing representative from BWM! He spent a lot of time giving me my estimate and making sure that I understood every aspect of the project. He explained everything to me very clearly, thoroughly, and in simplest terms and made sure to check if I had any questions throughout the process. He was very understanding of my concerns, and he assured me that he would be available throughout the span of the project if I had any concerns or ran into any issues at all.

We live up in Macomb Township with constant concerns of water in our basement. It was so re-assuring to be able to have these guys come out and assess our property, develop an affordable plan to keep water away from our newly finished basement. 5 star service. March 26, 2026 I had inspection, by BWM, for cracks in foundation walls. Senior Inspector William H. was able to give two separate quotes fixing individual cracks or install perimeter french drain system. Bill was able to answer all my questions. His knowledge and expertise made it easy for me to understand the job that I needed to have completed.
