He was extremely friendly and professional, and did a phenomenal job taking in the situation and walking me through several ways the problems could be solved, all while putting together a final solution that exceeded original expectations and was budget friendly. William Horton was excellent and very detailed. He explained everything in a way that was clear and understandable.

William was wonderful! Very patient and explained everything thoroughly, and knowledgeably. How he got around in our crawlspace I'll never know, but he did! My husband was also quite pleased with William, as he arrived quite a ways into William's visit. No matter. William covered everything all over again so my hubs knew what was going on.
