BWM was great at responding quickly and sending someone out. William Horton came out the next day and went through every aspect of our water issues in our basement in very clear detail. Will’s experience was palpable in everything he talked about. He was incredibly informative and helpful and made sure we did not have any lingering questions. We have not had the best of luck with contractors the last several months, so working with Will was refreshing to say the least.
