I would give more stars if I could. I called on Tuesday with a time sensitive request. The gentleman that answered the phone was so easy to work with and so accommodating. He scheduled me for 2 days later.

The day of my estimate appointment, Mike called ahead and let me know an hour in advance (as this is a rental property that is a good distance from my home this was much needed). He was exactly on time. He was patient, listened attentively to my issue, and diligent with being thorough with the inspection to provide a fair and precise estimate to correct my issue. He was informed, explained things thoroughly without making me feel mansplained. Had a great personality and was very professional.

We plan on moving forward with our estimate and working with BWM. Thank you to all that provided such excellent service. It was much appreciated!
