He could have tried to oversell me also, but he was honest about the minimal work that was needed to solve my issue. This honesty saves me thousands of dollars. And with all of the recent heavy rain, I haven't had any water issues. I even waited a couple of months after the job was done to make sure the water issue was solved. We’ve had some pretty heavy rains lately, and no water in the basement!
